Vacuum Lifting Frames

Designed for movements of flat glass within the warehouse or for installation at site.

To be used on overhead cranes, forklift, hoist or a chain pulley block. Check valve and reserve tank will mainain vacuum for a reasonable period of time should power loss occur. A six cup unit has a safe lifting capacity of 400 Kgs. The unique C frame design reaches inside glass crates for simple and controlled removal of large sheets. Applies and releases within seconds. Standard 220VAC power required. Equipped with 9" Dia ribber pads with special sealing lips design.

We also design and supply cutom made frames as per your requirement for horizontal flat lifting or vertical lifting.

Optional designs allows a 90 degree tilting of sheets from vertical to horizontal (laying sheets on the cutting table) and/or 90 degrees rotation on both sided with automatic locking. All these designs are available either in manual operation or powered.
